You must be at least 13 years of age to use Thodang. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement. Use of the Service in violation of this restriction may result in account termination.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, or abusive

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Distribute malware or engage in any malicious activity

You retain ownership of the content you create on Thodang. By posting content, you grant Thodang a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and its compliance with these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time. See our Delete Account page for instructions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users, without prior notice.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thodang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
