Thodang (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Thodang mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Service. By using Thodang, you agree to this policy.

• Account information: Your email address, display name, and profile photo when you create an account.
• Profile data: Your bio, community memberships, and app preferences.
• Usage data: How you interact with the app — lessons completed, duel history, and news activity within communities.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for delivering push notifications.
• Sign-in data: If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

• To create and manage your account
• To personalize your community and learning experience
• To send push notifications (only with your permission)
• To improve the app and fix bugs
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information:

• With community members: Your display name, username, and activity (e.g. lesson progress, duel results) are visible within your communities.
• With service providers: Trusted third parties who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, analytics). They are only given access to information needed to perform their services.
• For legal reasons: If required by law, court order, or to protect user safety.
• Business transfers: If Thodang is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the new entity with appropriate notice to you.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 14 days. See our Delete Account page for details.

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for notifications at any time via app settings or device settings

Thodang is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at hello@thodang.com and we will remove it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Thodang after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
